Project: De-risking Social Media Compliance
In the high-stakes world of UK Pharma, a single misplaced tweet can result in fines starting at £5,000. To combat “compliance fatigue,” I rejected the standard “tick-box” approach and designed an immersive, scenario-based learning module. Learners step into the role of an **Adjudication Panel member**, evaluating real-world breaches in a “safe-fail” environment to build confident decision-making skills.
This project utilised an AI-augmented workflow to rapidly prototype content for Subject Matter Expert (SME) validation, ensuring a highly accurate and efficient build.
While developed for the strict regulations of the pharmaceutical industry, the core strategy is universal. By using scenario-based learning to build instinctive behavioural reflexes, this approach is highly adaptable and equally effective for compliance challenges in other high-stakes sectors, such as Finance, Legal, and Tech.
